Dear Momma,

This isn’t a newsletter. It’s a place for the things we don’t always say out loud.

I created Dear Momma because silence started to feel heavier than honesty. Because there were moments I needed to write, not to perform — but to breathe. Because so many of us are carrying stories we never had permission to tell.

Some weeks this will be a letter. Some weeks it will be a reflection, a brain dump, or a question I’m still learning how to answer. Some weeks it might just be the truth — unpolished, unfinished, but real.

This space isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about naming what we’re holding. It’s about remembering that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — and that we don’t have to be silent to be strong.

If you’re here, you don’t need to explain yourself. You don’t need to perform wholeness. You don’t need the right words.

You’re not late. You’re right on time.

With love, Jazmine
